@Indigo @mrsaturday I hate the boost gameplay so much. It basically fell for the meme that Sonic is only about speed instead of speed being because you're good at the game. The Adventure games actually got the platforming aspect. SA2 is one of my fav game of all times due to the 180 emblems and the chao metagame, it makes it a really rare game where getting 100% is fun and it keeps unlocking stuff on the way there

SA1 is jank, but the jank makes it fun. Spindashing into a slope and going super high in the air is fuck as fuck
