Yes, but I am "legally" responsible for my posts. The way the law works, is that the server hosting the data is ultimately responsible for its contests (as far as I can tell someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Which means, that everything I post (or my users post), I am liable for. Which is why my barometer is "is it legal"
