@Tony @allison @bot @animeirl this particular part of land knowledge isn’t really my wheelhouse, but I’m not surprised. I think she’s trying to tell Allison to buy a house, which is reasonable, I guess? But also costs a lot more upfront.

If Allison was looking to make money off of this, she should buy a commercial property, but she really needs to look into the regulations of where the particular property is.
