There are lots of free clinics in the US, one of my exes used to work for the cities "diversity and equality department" and their biggest problem was literally that the minority communicates couldn't understand the paperwork or the difference between urgent care and a normal doctors office. 😅 Like the free services don't get used. because people don't actually understand the difference...
