I'd wonder about how the brain and psychology would work with such extended lifespan. At certain point there would be a problem with making fixes to account for negative affects of those changes made. if we lived to 200 what would that be like psychologically? Change the brain to accommodate that and what then of the cranium size/ birth canal problem? and so on.
It's a fascinating topic to consider and hypothesise with but it does have potential to get out of hand when applied to manifesting this in real world, I think.
