SirHoneyBadger@vriska @Nelenese I've seen firsthand what the housing-first strategy has caused. It feels eerily similar to the "projects" earlier in the last century. If you house the cracked out, they still do drugs. Washington and Oregon have effectively legalized all drugs, and Oregon is looking at giving some UBI to select homeless. I predict more dead as a result.
