I sort of agree, on the contingency that the artist needs to make it clear where exactly their fans should go if they do choose to take their art down. Which is why I hate the DMCA, it's a sledgehammer where a scalpel would be better suited. Instead of just deleting a post and telling me to fuck off, tell me where you want me to find your art, cause otherwise I'll just assume you're one of those dipshits who hate their fans. ?

Also this leads to fragmentation, which leads to fewer viewers, which leads to less money and less exposure for the artist. So breaking up boorus because you don't want people reposting art is self-defeating, because they're not gonna find your art anymore. :cirno_shrug:
