I'm actively looking for work at the moment but maybe half the job listings ask to state your vaccination status when applying. But I don't get it, because if it's not mandated anymore doesn't that count as discrimination? I have a friend who just started a new job and was just asked about it, but no proof was required. What the fuck is that about?

I hate this in between phase. Everyone I know whis vaxxed has caught it yet my plague rat arse hasn't had so much as a sniffle this whole time.

Still, it seems like people don't care too much anymore and things are getting better. Last year I just mmmhmm-ed when people asked and tried to change the subject. Was so awkward. Now I'm open about it, I don't care anymore.
