@goatmeal @xaetacore i'm entirely certain more of my problems come from overbearing narcicist parents than ever came from using the internet as child. most people didn't even know i was 15 because i read books and used big words correctly.

i think the whole enforced age cohort thing is some controller scam and is actively harmful. there's not a historic precedent for it and our social fabric collapse interestingly coincides with reinforcing norms against the one room school and such.

threat navigation and mitigation skills need to be actively taught anyway. we're not doing people favors by putting them in one of asimov's robot's hugboxes forever.
