Related, or maybe not:

When I was a kid, we used yellow crayons to colour the sun on paper because the sun was yellow. Everyone my age swears this.

Most people under 20 where I have lived in the last 7 years (Ontario, then BC) always remembered the sun as "white".

Did the ozone layer change and refract light differently? Or Mandela effect? Not sure.
