If I travel to north Alabama, or east Tennessee, I'm going to find a very different white culture (Appalachian, soft Southern and Scots-Irish) than if I were to travel to southern Louisiana (French and French Creole and mixed Creole) than if I were to travel to the rust belt (New England Protestant, mixed German-English, Dutch Mennonite and German Amish, and of course Cleveland and Pittsburgh melting pot) and yet none of them would consider their Chinatowns "under white rule," considering how few cops are brave enough to drive up in there.
The whole thing sounds like eurotrash standards applied to the american experiment.
