@DemonSixOne @nugger @Hoss @Nepiant Lot of Californians moving to Phoenix, occupancy is not an issue yet. Sooner or later the toilet will flush, it always does, and when it does there's gonna be a lot of empty units. Meanwhile they tell me to conserve water because water emergency but still keep building to bring more people into this water emergency area.
