Applebees now does this thing where they force you to use a gay, slow, temu android tablet in a toddler safe case with an incomprehensible, unresponsive UI that is constantly showing you ads for food items you don't want and for games to rent on the device while you're there (???) servers aren't allowed to give you menus until AFTER you TRY to order FROM THE FUCKING TABLET. SO many screaming kids. You get less screeching children of every single race at a fucking golden corral. Worst part is the food isn't bad. It's affordable and nice for what it is, but god forbid you try to have a conversation with your wife, because every other line you'll have to say "what?" over the endless earrape you get from the retarded ipad child behind you who is crying because their parents won't let them play the rent-a-frozen trivia game on the tablet when they have a fucking ipad, right there.
It was a decent place at one point.
