     To be fair, I don’t think China will do well if no one can buy their products due to demand reduction from global economic collapse. It’s in everybody’s interest that this reopen. Iran obviously holds the cards and has the most to lose by doing this too early (the USA and Israel will work nonstop to kill them) and thus wants it opened with reasonable fair terms. They can hold out long time as well.

     There’s a way out. I call it the reverse Samson option.
