     LA is ridiculously great. There are street vendors with $3 tacos and they’re like ‘we make blue corn tortilla to order, don’t use seed oil, and only use flank steak’

     At Tacos Entres Amigos (tacos between friends)

     The spiciest salsa is legit spicy (my nose is running, which it rarely does), but they also have not spicy salsa

     They have around 4 veggie items

     They cook everything on a flame grill (hibachi-like thing) and they have a proper trompo
