Either there are ways to make it safe and avoidable for people who don't want to get involved in it - or people will get involuntarily involved in things by "catching" others.
Be it having sex on the toilet, finding a dark corner, or whatever.
You cannot control people in that way, so make a space for that which those who are bothered can avoid. -
