     I'm 4 months from my 2 years sober key fob, so finna keep it brief, but that sounds tasty. I'd use less cinnamon and pb personally. but I'm not drinkin it. It reminds me of how most folk think SoCo is peach flavored, but they actually use lemon and cherry and orange. I have the original recipe for SoCo. There's no peach in it.

     I used to drink something called the Yuzu Yakuza. It's a sake and shochu based cocktail with yuzu syrup. So you take yuzu peel, and boil it and add sugar the same ratio as simple syrup. That's the base. put ice in an old fashioned glass almost to the top, 1 dash yuzu syrup, 1 shot of good quality middle shelf mugi shochu, and fill it up with a good sake. Like, suigetsu or something. You want to use a refreshing ginjo sake. That one will have you laying on the floor and giggling about nothing, in no time. I got alcohol poisoning on that. You can't taste how strong it is. It's like lemonade, but hard as diamonds.

     Also liked the Armalite cocktail. A shot of Jameson in a pint glass, followed up by Guiness nitro (self mixing) to fill the glass, preferably slow-pour to reduce head of foam.
     
     I was a brewer with a mixologist friend, and my brother plays professional pool. And my dad plays mandolin in bars for fun. And long island iced tea is literally why I was born, so... You can see how I'd end up with obscure drink info.
     
     My personal recommendation, is ya know, don't destroy your liver and kidneys. But if you are going to destroy your liver and kidneys, then at least have the reason taste good.

     If I was allowed to drink, I'd go back to slamming whiskey. Which is precisely why I don't drink. I went to meetings about this. If you allow yourself a treat, you end up right back in the hospital with OD symptoms.

     I only got drunk the second-4th weeks. I quit weed the first week. quit alcohol by my first month. Then I had to deal with people sober for a few months.

     Write this down. It takes 3 months, most people will not remember.
     
     
     per jar recipe:
     16oz Midnight moon moonshine or similar 50% abv neutral spirit
     1 tsp Watkins real vanilla
     1 tbs fresh lemon juice
     1/2 a stick of cinnamon (about 1 inch long)
     4 whole cloves
     2-3 pitted maraschino cherries
     2 tbs freshly squeezed orange juice
     
     wait 3 months, strain out solids, add 1 oz of honey
     
     
     Per 20 gallons recipe:
     
     20 gallons of midnight moon, or much more likely, an homage to Popcorn Sutton.
     1 pint vanilla extract
     5 pints lemon juice
     80 full cinnamon sticks
     640 whole cloves
     480 maraschino cherries
     1 gallon plus 1 quart of orange juice
     
     let rest in what I imagine is a small barrel for 3-5 months, remove the solids and mix in 10 pints of honey.
     
     The solids make a fantastic chai if you mix it with black tea leaves.
