   NO FAGGOT MULTICOLORED FANTASY RACES OR FURRIES, NO NOVEL GARBAGE SMUGGLED IN AS A CORE RULEBOOK WHICH POSES AS SETTING-AGNOSTIC (DRAGONBORN FOR EXAMPLE)
   
   OF COURSE SOME COOL ADDITIONS AND CREATIVE WRITING EXERCISES WILL INEVITABLY SNEAK IN BUT I'LL TRY TO KEEP IT TO THE MARGINS.

   AND THE SETTING IS FLESHED OUT AND MAKES SENSE, GUIDED BY AND CONSTRAINED BY THE IMPRESSION OF THAT FIRST SESSION.
   
   IT COULD BE A MIGHT AND MAGIC TYPE SITUATION WHERE IT'S SECRETLY A SCI-FI SETTING AND EVERYTHING IS A SET DRESSING -- LATER. THE INNER WORKINGS MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH THAT FIRST IMPRESSION.

     From what I've seen it's a hobby for niggas with no job or at least a ton of free time. I barely have time to play Vidya anymore. I know how long it would take sometimes to get 6 people together for a raid in d2, can't imagine coordinating a group and then having to make the game too before you play. Build your own postage stamps.

     @Tactical @nugger Everybody wants to play, nobody wants to run so everybody can play lol. I often find the inverse, I want to/am willing to run, but players (who aren't dysgenic freaks and/or trannies) are hard to come by; at least IRL around here.

     I feel you there. I tried running Dark Heresy with my usuals and they ditched it quick. Meanwhile we keep playing Vampire and the master keeps injecting fags, nigs and gay politics every single time she can. Even in the LotR roleplaying we played she made a gay nigger elf in Rivendel that was married to a redskin elf. And both of them were important characters. The dysgenic fag plague is real and they must be gatekept.
     
     It's also kind of i do my own system, setting and everything. I'm tired of cookie cutter races with no unique quips or rules and the bland as fuck settings. But i don't know if doing loredumps and dissertations about social structures or how economy works would be good. After all, in my setting you might go with a bunch of gold to an orc and he will tell you he wants steel coins. The economy will be all over the place

     @Tactical @nugger Highly recommended. You can get a decent deal on the PDFs either through the late backing Treasure Tome KS, or the physical books (and prob pdfs too) in the upcoming elf book KS.

     There's always the "try before you buy" option, ofc. I can send some perusing copies your way, if you'd like.

     @nugger I don't know if you're aware of it or not, but if you're looking to flesh out logistics/economics, and aren't planning to do anything too absurd, then you may enjoy Adventurer Conqueror King System: Imperial Imprint (ACKS:II).

     The guy who wrote it is a classical turbo autist (but in the DaVinci mold rather than the Chris-chan mold) and basically wrote a coherent late antiquity economic and logistical system to better simulate stuff for his wargame, then wrote an RPG around it. Starts from the price of grain and the productivity of the average peasant family and then built up to allow a world with coherent verisimilitude. It's complex, but not complicated, and it's descended from B/X DnD.

     Plus, you get given the keys to build all sorts of classes/spells/magic/etc to build your world as you see fit, and it'll all be (more or less) in balance with the core stuff.

     I think the RPG space needs more of that classic adventure fantasy that was prevalent at the dawn of the hobby. Reductionists, revisionists, racial inclusionists, and radical subverters have made what was once fantastical and escapist into gross sex grimdark, and it sucks. I like your ideas, and would like to subscribe to your zine.
