@RobCaruso @GoyGirl @jb @bloggerski I see a lot of "if you want a lower fat recipe, try this instead" where the box suggests skim milk, sawdust, and maybe some tears.

I eat expensive organic, gluten-free mac & cheese with kids... not terrible, haha. My oldest makes my mom's homemade, though, since he loves it.
I like to add chili, hamburger, or broccoli. We fancy.

@GoyGirl @jb @bloggerski I have been known to experiment with the cut-up hotdogs in it. Really tho, if I could get more fat into it, that was the way I was going. Why do an inch off the stick of butter, when I could do two whole sticks?

@bloggerski @jb Oh man, my mom's homemade. The hard crusty bits at the edge, the tang of that sharp cheddar...

@bloggerski @jb It's the goyslop. Plus, if I eat an entire pot of it, I fall asleep. And what reason would I cook it up if I wasn't going to eat the entire pot?

@jb I really wish mac n cheez was as good as I want it to be. Mentally, it's my all-situations goto food. In reality, it's 🤮
