Weren't Los Zetas originally an anti-cartel unit that went rogue almost immediately?

Whoever restores Apollo Silver's land access to the Cinco de Mayo deposit faster is good in my book.

@Hoss @rlier23 yes and no, the original members of los zetas were members of the mexican special forces, thier commander was contacted by (((osiel cardenas guillen))) (of sephardic jewish ancestry), leader of the gulf cartel, whom with influences got the contacted group of special forces to become the country's first "anti-cartel" trained group of the mexican military with more to follow, the training was provided to them by MOSSAD in israel, upon returning to mexico the group kept the facade of being "anti-cartel" while being on the gulf cartel's payroll as their strongarm tasked with gunning down the armed enforcers from rival cartels, the facade was short lived as the 50 operatives would quit the mexican army to work full time for the gulf cartel and recruit more members from police, mexican army and the guatemalan army.

      >Relying on glowniggers whose slush funds are topped off by the drug trade to train your new elite anti-cartel force.
Wow, I wonder why it backfired spectacularly.

@Hoss @rlier23 the new elite anti-cartel force were conveniently selected from only the guys a cartel leader had contacted, the game was rigged from the start.

Relying on the Mexican government/military to kill the cartels is a fool's errand. The US military might've been able to do it back in the day, but I hear they're pretty subverted by cartel elements too these days.

@Hoss @rlier23 no idea how in bed has the US army been with cartels but the CIA has had full on gangbangs with the cartels and MOSSAD since at least the early 90s.

@EdBoatConnoisseur @Hoss @rlier23 Somehow, the version of this I "learned" of this, ~15 years ago, left out the Jewish factor - attributed only to US Special forces / CIA, who were also involved (= downstream of Mossad). Thanks for the update.

@PopulistRight @Hoss @rlier23 of course the jewish factor and mossad would be omitted from the story back in 2010, it had been just 2 years since the economic crisis and can't have the dirty goyim noticing on the jews so soon.
