     I grew up playing adventure games so I didn't mind the older puzzle design, though I did have to look up one puzzle, the stacking coins one in the bar (which was total bullshit)
     
     Did you play the sequel, cape west? Weirdly it was only released in Europe and Japan.

     Serious endorsement. I think, of the games that weren't 999, Again and Hotel Dusk were probably my favorites from the genre.
