     @sendpaws Burns out but still refuses to acknowledge that alternatives to Mastodon crippleware exist.

     However, unlike most rants, this one has a couple of good points. Moderation feed is good idea, I definitely should implement that.

     @silverpill also much of the problems have to do with the moderation culture of big mastodon servers as well imo

     @sendpaws @silverpill this is why it's been a goal of mine for years to help reduce average instance size, my progress is glacial but I have various projects in the works to make it easier to create an instance

     @sun @silverpill well in the link I found a complaint was "I signed up at this instance and then everyone blocked them" and it's a very common one in the Mastodon sphere, and you only know because your timeline dies out and interactions dip.
