@WTFPurpleAlpaca like something like that should be like 25k at best. If it means don't put some fake fancy slop floor and "stainless steel refrigerator" in it, so be it.

@sickburnbro 69k for a glorified coffin?
Bro, [REDACTED].

@NitroDubs @WTFPurpleAlpaca yes, I think 25k is the most that is anywhere near a reasonable amount to charge for that stuff - which is approximately 1/3rd of what they want to charge.
No young person is going to accept shit like that when I'm sure there is an older house in that area that is like 150k, for some vestage of respect.
You can't even have any guests in that flop house.

@sickburnbro @WTFPurpleAlpaca It’s a glorified shed. Even $25,000 is generous.

@NitroDubs @WhitestTemplar @WTFPurpleAlpaca A shed doesn't have interior finishing, electricity and plumbing, and that's worth something.

@NitroDubs @WhitestTemplar @WTFPurpleAlpaca drywall isnt hard ( which is why it's all mexicans doing it ) - but plumbing in particular is too hard because it still involves simple math they can't understand ( slope? que es esto? )

@Eiswald I don't know if you've been to the hardware store recently, but they want an arm and two legs for any kind of copper fitting. even fucking pvc fittings are more than a buck a piece, it's nauseating.

@sickburnbro Jews and Boomers (basically also Jews) did this. You can't even buy a used car for less than five grand anymore.
You can buy and outfit a nice shed for less than 10K-15K, even cheaper depending on your standards or if you build it yourself, but if boomers live too much longer even that won't be possible.

@NitroDubs @WhitestTemplar @WTFPurpleAlpaca wiring nowadays is almost that, most outlets and switches have the push connects on the back
Still need someone that isn't stupid to do the box, but that's a small portion of the work

@sickburnbro @WhitestTemplar @WTFPurpleAlpaca Wiring could probably be simplified enough to become nearly plug and play. Plumbing will never be that simple.

@BroDrillard @NitroDubs @sickburnbro Easier to stack. Like mass produce cheap pine coffins for the paupers. Imagine a street of these, no a neighborhood. You'd be lucky to have enough yard back or front to stick out a plastic chair.

Why the fuck does it have that narrow footprint? They could not make it square-ish or something?

@WTFPurpleAlpaca @BroDrillard @NitroDubs there were several east coast cities that had long thin tenement housing like this, it really seems like it's some kind of subconscious humiliation thing.

@NitroDubs @sickburnbro @WhitestTemplar @WTFPurpleAlpaca Load calc is the bigger issue. Most people get confused at their breakers tripping when the chain 4 power strips together, youd have niggas creating manmade horrors beyond comprehension if you allowed the average American to wire their own house without inspection.

@poastoak @BroDrillard @NitroDubs @WTFPurpleAlpaca but I think drywall is probably the cheapest piece of stuff you'd have to cut for that house. Siding is longer
