     @Fullycaffeinated @Chronic-Yonic Why are journalists in the locker rooms with cameras to begin with? I didn't know this happened since I don't follow it all. But it really shouldn't happen. It is a violation of privacy and space. Let them shower and change in peace.

     In the above thread, this comment from (what else?) a man, bears attention. He doesn't get, neither do others much in the replies (even if they are positive towards the woman in the picture), that:

     1 - women sports journalists had to work, same as their male counterparts, and it was part of the glass ceiling. Some (namely Peter) still resent this, as I can see...

     2 - maybe just to fuck with her, her boss sent her to interview hockey players just so she would resign, who knows... I read some stories from that era written by female sports journalists and all the crap they had to take from males, not just colleagues but athletes as well...

     3 - if that case hadn't been heard, that meant that female sports journalists couldn't cover male sports, or they would have had to send in a male journalist to interview the athletes for them.

     I know this is a touchy subject, guys, but please keep your brains in your head to see this for what it is? That's a good suggestion, right there, you're welcome...

     @Chronic-Yonic Someone asked if male journalists would be allowed in the female locker rooms and, as far as I am aware, letting any journalists, especially with cameras, is not a thing in female sports. So maybe the solution is to let the athletes shower and change before letting any journalists have access to them. Then again, men are much more exhibitionist than women.

     @sim @Fullycaffeinated Either they allow athletes a certain time to shower and talk among themselves then face the journalists for interviews or they open the doors and the guys have to figure this out for themselves. I know that the Canadien de Montréal hockey club have that first possibility going on meaning they give time to the players and then open the doors for interviews.
