When my subconscious screams at me, I shop.
This will get very bad very soon, I think. I was a pre-vaccine kid. I got everything.
We got quarantined for measles. There was a speaker truck warning people to stay inside. I was sooooooooo sick.
I don't recall if it was the measles or the chicken pox, but I started crying because the folds of cloth on my pillow felt sharp to my face. Our family doctor came. I got an ice bath.
These ignorant sociopaths hurting their own children should have them removed and placed in foster care.
It is grotesque child abuse. I'd be dead if my parents were MAGA. And my father was an old-school Republican. He'd never abandon a child to a political philosophy he saw scrawled on a wall by a fascist.

@OldAndCranky @GottaLaff @Lizette603_23 If you had it, it's my understanding that you don't need vaccination against it. Might call a doc or pharmacist to double-check, but I definitely had it and don't plan on it.

@GottaLaff @OldAndCranky @Lizette603_23 Lucky you. That was me with the mumps. My sister had it, so my parents made us play cards together. They wanted me to catch it before adolescence, but as far as I know, I never caught it. I think they gave up trying to infect me, lol.
