Coffee and tea taste floral or sweet. I don't put anything in them to sweeten them (more) because of this--except a small bit of honey for some teas that are very floral.

Beer tastes sour, a good sour. Too light tastes like sour water though. The darker it is, the less sour but the more coffee-like (floral I guess) it is.
The smell of a flower. That taste. With a little sourness added.
