     @liztai Actually, its an insightful point. Kind of like internet companies or phone companies. So many of them use the same infrastructure. In the end it is all just marketing as to which one to use.

     Yeah, lots of good points for both big and small players in the AI field. The post also touched on how making AI 'apps' appears promising at first, but is ridiculously hard to sustain as a business.

     Like, it's easy to pull off a fancy demo, and you can build actual AI products on top. But users can switch providers just as easily, so you have to keep spinning up new services to sell.

     I'm actually working in open source 😂 It's hard to find long term AI projects nowadays at least in my field, it's all short term stuff like one-off custom apps, training courses, consulting and the like.

     @liztai @seanbala that's a pretty bigoted thing to say. You may chose such, but its pretty offensive to claim all asians act a certain way. Every individual is valuable.

     @liztai @seanbala sorry some of us where raised in such sterotypes that its triggering. Tone is impossible to tell via text. adding a ;-) is a nice way to communicate that.
