In all seriousness, you could grow and sell probiotic cultures. There are a bunch of them that are hard to get your hands on, at least as a consumer in a reasonable form factor for a sane price. It's all the rage now, and for good reason.
And before you say this needs $100k in equipment, bear in mind that there are motherfuckers out there on youtube etching microchips in their garage using machines they cobbled together from junk. Be creative and figure out how to do it on a budget.

There are videos on youtube of pigs shutting down lemonade stands run by 8 year old girls. Treason of the highest kind, where the noose is too kind of punishment.

And that's a city that still even gives them out. Most cities don't. Street vending of food is just straight up illegal, which is why "street food" in the US is synonymous with "food truck", the only remaining legal way to kinda-sorta sell street food. Startup costs for a food truck start around a quarter mil and go up from there... to fucking sell hotdogs.

Hotdog stands are essentially illegal in most places. That's why there aren't tons of them everywhere, like taco stands in Mexico.
