   The ibuprofen+acetaminophen combination is one of the most effective OTC pain relievers. Too many take one or the other.

     @matty @The_Almighty_Kek They make "dual-action" pills now that are half Tylenol, half ibuprofen that work fantastic for fevers and headaches. It's half a dose of each so you're not taking two full doses of meds & tearing up your stomach. Highly recommend.

     Take acetaminophen. Unfortunately, raw dogging being sick only makes you miserable and doesn't help in any way whatsoever.

     I got a 101° fever. Should I bother reducing that? I've been trying not to take meds, you know, raw doggin this illness, but the fever seems to be climbing and I'm dizzy and stuff.
