Had Bashful Bandit BBQ in Tuscon last night. It was pretty good. I prefer my meat unsauced, but the burnt ends were decent. The green chili pulled pork was phenomenal!! I will be adding that to my playbook. I ate a few bites of the dill potato salad, I could do better. The coleslaw was really good though! Light vinegar based dressing with cranberries added. #fedpoasting

  There are some good BBQ spots in AZ.
  
  The long-defunct Bill Johnson's Big Apple was a Phoenix favorite for decades. There's a really good BBQ joint in Gilbert called Joe's. Pecan smoked and amazing.

  @UnCL3 @adequate i played in this stoner band for years and we joked that we really only did it so we could sample the bbq from around the country
  
  gotta say kansas city had some of the best sauce, but south carolina and the mustard base was nice, although what a fuckin dump south carolina is, charleston anyway, poverty central
