Had Bashful Bandit BBQ in Tuscon last night. It was pretty good. I prefer my meat unsauced, but the burnt ends were decent. The green chili pulled pork was phenomenal!! I will be adding that to my playbook. I ate a few bites of the dill potato salad, I could do better. The coleslaw was really good though! Light vinegar based dressing with cranberries added. #fedpoasting
