It's a collapse spiral that will stop when equilibrium is achieve, but they're constantly trying to nudge the spinning top towards what they think is an ideal position.

Presently I do B vitamins and caffeine and I'm fairly happy with it. If you skip the taurine, you don't put as much strain on the body (kidneys or gall bladder can't recall). This is why Bang is so good— they substitute taurine for more caffeine.

  It's what I heard 😏 they don't treat codeine as a controlled substance there I guess. You'd have to do a cold water extraction or something to separate the codeine from the Tylenol so you could get a decent buzz going without destroying your liver

I don't recall APAP removal yields anymore but assume it's 60%, that's only like 3 mg codeine per pill, so you're taking a whole bottle just to get a high. People could do whippets instead for more bang for their buck.
