     i've been using kagi but somewhere a few months ago they stopped serving their index and have seemingly become a bing reseller. having to re-evaluate my participation in that

     @sim @kaia @sun if you mean true threats doctrine it has to be specific enough to show intent and in such a way that what a judge declares a reasonable person could feel threatened by it
     
     "i wish it was legal to kill you" -> not a true threat, no specificity and it's not an indicator of imminent violence
     
     "i'm going to drive over to your house at 4am and beat you with a nailbat until you die" -> true threat, has specificity and direct violent intent

     All the plugins from https://github.com/qbittorrent/search-plugins/wiki/Unofficial-search-plugins are safe but considering your country a proxy is pretty much required.
