  @TriptychTwinsRidesAgain @Sherri_Ingrey @stephagain @Chronic-Yonic Joking apart, I need to revise my diet, because I know I am not eating properly, or enough some days, and yet my weight is still up from where it should be. If himself is having something I don't like or late in then I will just do the bugger it, I'm only having toast. I rarely feel hungry either. I don't like eating late either. My bloods were low in iron, folate and one of the B, can't remember which, I do take a supplement, but it surprised me as didn't know, came up when took 2nd last lot. Never heard another word from them either.

  @TriptychTwinsRidesAgain @stephagain @HebrideanHecate @Chronic-Yonic I took 20 or so cooking courses in the 1970s and had a gourmet group of 9 of us who cooked for each other every Wednesday for a couple of years (so every 9 weeks you would host a dinner) it was honestly the BEST social thing I ever did in my life. A three - 4 course gourmet meal (BYOB planned out too) and a chance to do nothing but eat and have conversations and music!
