     @sun @hfaust I'm referring to the last time they sounded the alarms and deceptively went with "RIGHT WING TERRORISM UP 200%!!!!" when it went from double digit... to staying double digit
     
     They counted the pulse shooting, which the shooter had islamic reasons to do it, and other weird stuff like that las vegas shooting that we knew nothing about for forever. The former which heavily inflated the numbers too. The whole thing was heavily dishonest back then too

     @pingviini @coolboymew @hfaust so just to be clear, they definitely just summed up every pepe game etc regardless of usage to inflate their "bad" numbers, and their hate symbol list includes every symbol under the sun that has ever been used in a racist way including pepe, so they had to take great care about _how exactly_ they lied in their report to make things look as bad as possible while not drawing attention to how stupid and contradictory their own metrics are for these things, or they would get the opposite result
