     Many Unitedstatesians are desperate to try to live what they perceive to be a "middle class" life, which is actually a rather luxurious one at this point. They're in for a rude awakening.

     Having a wedding at home would be a public admission that you're... ugh... poor. Imagine the embarrassment.
