I'm having a good time with it right now since the spaces I'm in are friendly, but it really is fucked seeing others pushed out of here because they've accidentally met the wrong people. :floofSad:

There are "anti-capitalist" licenses out there that prohibit privately owned companies from using the software (only allowing worker co-ops and individuals), but they are by definition, not FOSS.

     There are also so called "ethical software licenses" that restrict other uses like using the software to "promote hate". Basically making them no different than EULAs. There was a small surge of these movements ever since far-leftists threw Stallman under the bus.
