Simple as, just keep importing more debt slaves and you can print money forever.

     Honestly reminds me of the US trying to get the USSR to pay back lend leases at the end of either World War.
     
     Yes, we actually did. It was funny after WWII, but after WWI when the lease was actually to the Russian Empire not the Soviets it was even funnier.
