     @jerry1970@venera.social @rene@social.fouquet.me That's true, the name of the field is logical, but it indeed should not have to be a required field in the case of Germany.

     @SuperDicq @rene The fact that there is a thing as a bundesland in Germany and regions like it in other countries does not mean it out used much or make sense to use. Making it a mandatory field is typical for US developers. Same as using the M/D date format. Just shows how little thought has gone into writing the software.
