     @Dan_Hulson @Jean_Philippe_Micheaux It feels more controlled than ever. Oddly. Makes it more of my choice. I can going out without feeling strangers. I can talk to ppl without absorbing their pain or illness to the degree I did before. I get less physical symptoms.
     The warnings still trigger but it also keeps ppl out. I was always a strong projector, like you. It just more dulled to others of similar dysfunction.

     Now in addition I know what it's like to have a connection strong enough to change me...or meet someone that does the same to me but without my restaint.
     Easier to block that stuff out. I've been looking since Misty died. It took a pile of research and a bloody religious advisor. I finally figured it out.

     @TimeSpent @Jean_Philippe_Micheaux Look do what works for you to get through things we all have ways of coping with this stuff mein is destructive and unhealthy so I can't really advise you what to do but I will try a little. What I'm saying though is if you bury this side of yourself you're losing something of yourself and one day it will return and you will get overwhelmed by it. I would go into things further but it would be weird just know that eventually it will resurface and it all will hit you at once and it's hard to get under control again. Better to try and ease it out over time.

     @TimeSpent @Jean_Philippe_Micheaux I go numb for a bit after a burnout or lots of stress but I'm lost without my feelings I need them to sense others on an emotional level. I'm lost without them and I just go numb and run on auto and start to really fuck up. Sometimes they do have to be buried though

We want to feel the world and experience everything and we know when people are sad and need a summat.
