@Natanox do you think there's a physiological reason, like interrupted breathing or heartburn or sth? maybe get it checked out first.
if it's psychological, there are several meds that reduce anxiety and also meds that make you immobile during sleep if it's ADHD or similar. -

@kaia Oh, there are sleep meds specifically for adhd? Interesting.
Yeah, pretty sure it's a combination of ADHD, ME/CFS (currently checked out but pretty sure) and one of the two-dozen traumata I got from the past. xD Also I'm fat. ;__;

@Natanox makes sense! can be combination of multiple things. maybe record yourself sleeping or use a fitness tracker to check for issues. like insufficient air passing your nose, interrupted breathing. those "mechanical" things seem an easier fix than psych stuff :02hug: -

@Natanox @kaia you can try melatonin, it is what the brain naturally uses to get sleepy. So side affects are minimal and also works with ADHS. You can also ask a phamacyst or doctor

@tk @Natanox
use of melatonin is controversial. I think many people take too much.
but for ME/CFS it might be good:

@kaia Already had everything like that checked, breathing is okay. ._. Also not moving too much at night according to my room mate (rn our beds are in the same room).
