@kaia I would regard seaweed as being a poor source, as Omega-3 is a fat and seaweed barely registers. Walnuts are a good source of ALA, fish being a good source of EPA/DHA if you're not supplementing. I wouldn't personally recommend seafood due to heavy metals, microplastics, and other health risks that may concentrate in animal fat. kaia likes this. -

@kaia Forgot to mention seaweed is a good source of iodine but kelp should be avoided as it's too rich. Arsenic may be an issue as well. kaia likes this. -

@Hyperhidrosis
I'm super snobbish, but Fossil imo is not a luxury watchmaker. they make fashion watches.
luxury watchmakers are e.g. Rolex, Patek Philippe, Breitling, IWC, Omega, Audemars Piguet and very few others. -

@thatbrickster @kaia animal fat? My SafeCatch canned tuna here, canned with water (gross), has 0g of fat, 0g of carbs, 24g of protein. To get fat I have to buy fish that's canned with olive oil.
SafeCatch is also an option for heavy metal concerns, since they test each fish.
My own suspicion/schizo theory/unsubstantiated cope, is that all food has these problems, that all food sources should have fish's guidelines of "don't eat more than #/week so that poisons don't build up", and we only don't get those guidelines because the hazards of fish are safer for researchers to study, because literally anyone can fish with minimal capital investments, so the big moneyed interests are elsewhere.kaia likes this. -
