@kaia I would regard seaweed as being a poor source, as Omega-3 is a fat and seaweed barely registers. Walnuts are a good source of ALA, fish being a good source of EPA/DHA if you're not supplementing. I wouldn't personally recommend seafood due to heavy metals, microplastics, and other health risks that may concentrate in animal fat.
