     What I find strange about this is if they read it, it seems (to me at least, maybe I have something wrong), God had already created humans, male and female. Adam was specifically searching for a companion, and not necessarily a sexual one as they like to say.
     
     God then created a woman, Eve, specifically for adam (who was separate from the rest of men for whatever reason).

Found things about helium isotopes as a more accurate read than C-14 but I'm too ignorant on systemic alternative methods as they apply to other things like the alleged age of the universe (that one is easy to fix with deus ex machina, but I try to limit that for matters of faith so that it doesn't become a crutch), star and geological formations, etc.

Dragons everywhere were described as giant snakes, the root word of dragon and drake is snake, and they were associated with foul weather. Plus there are a lot of myths of a snake fighting with a thunder god. It seems really likely to me that that people saw tornadoes vary rarely, and came to believe they were living creatures, dragons.
