Please understand that fear is exactly what drives the criticism of Joe Biden. He has positioned himself as the only thing between us and fascism and if he loses, he only has himself to blame. He buried more qualified candidates, lied about his agenda and is now supporting genocide in the middle east. Beating Trump should be easy, but we're stuck with probably the only guy that can lose to him. 😐

Because he ran as a populist, claiming every other politician has been in office too long. The only people they put against him were people who had been in office too long, just reinforcing his point for him. He ran as the rich guy that won't take money from shady donors and they only ran people against him who do nothing BUT take money from shady donors. The Democratic rake-stepping is off the charts right now.

First, I was obviously talking about the General, the Primary was a lock for him due to his influence in the party.
The Dems are the ones screwing this up. When John McCain ran as a populist (who was gonna clean up Washington), they ran fresh blood. Barack Obama was the right choice and it paid off.
If Trump says career politicians are the problem and they wheel out career politicians who make his point for him, they are asking to lose.

@jacklaridian I’d suggest that perhaps a list of complaints about Biden, in response to someone who’s pointing out the threat to her life that the only alternative to Biden poses (and there is no realistic third option at this stage), might be missing the point a bit.

Yeah, he is not openly admitting to supporting genocide, he's just funding it with zero pushback, other than performative finger-wagging.
Also, he's had four years to put protections in place for trans citizens and he has not. Is he suddenly going to get pro-trans in his second term?
