   I ended up making an account on Mastodon Art for the sole purpose of posting art to it. Mainly because I do want my art to be in the more public eyes, which I will still post it here.

     @graf @anonicus I got a domain name for one but I realized that if it were just for our side not enough people would use it, but if it were for everyone, it would get blocked if it didn't super aggressively delete posts/accounts

     @anonicus @graf none of the server software are actually good for sharing art so I have spent a lot of time thinking of how to make that better for artists.

     @raccoon@hollow.raccoon.quest @anonicus@shitposter.world @sun@shitposter.world Still unsure about how well Pixelfed will work, but I wanna move my art acc there just due to how it's designed towards images. I'm specifically worried if federation with instances that use Misskey (where the good artists are) gets wonky.

     @sun@shitposter.world @anonicus@shitposter.world @raccoon@hollow.raccoon.quest I guess if I'm still unsure or if using it hasn't worked out, I can set up a Mastodon instance and upgrade it to Chuckya.
     
     Even as iffy as Mastodon is, I use it for my art account because no other software displays the "Media" tab in profiles as a grid. It just makes it easier to find old or specific images that way, which is especially important as an artist.

     @sun @graf @anonicus I temporarily found one when I looked over a year ago. I joined and then a couple months later, the admin implemented fedi block, so I left. I just gave up sharing art on fedi for now.
