30 minutes of HIIT
20 minutes of strength training
25.7 KM of cycling (10°C, wind gusts to 35km/hr)
Had a tough time with the HIIT today.
Weather was more to my liking today; overcast and cool. Then it started to rain about half way into the ride. 🤷🏻🤣
