Because right now, the only way you can share it to the wider Fediverse so that most instance admins can block them, is by making a Fediblock post and we all know that's not seen as trusted, as it shouldn't be. People lie there all the time and a lot of times, it goes unchecked.
Fedi does need a place where instance admins, even including those like myself who are only moderating for themself. We need to block bad stuff like this too.

I think the tools are already in place someone just needs to bring everyone together under one umbrella. The idea of an admins only moderation channel though is somewhat naive. Would all admins be able to participate? Even the ones getting banned? If not who decides who participates? Does that start to look like centralization?
