@mushroom_soup zog Inc used to be able to squeeze a lot more free labor out of the White man but now more of us are turning to NEETdom and shlomos getting scared
Not in education, employment, or training. It originates from japan where men are about 10 years ahead of europe because housing is unaffordable and women have way too high or standards.
@mitchconner@mushroom_soup@JeffTheJoker@Frondeur have you considered you might just be a psycho and people don't want to work with you? You won't even wear a mask to protect your coworkers from a brain damaging disease - you probably can't be trusted to wash your hands after taking a shit, or any of dozens of other things for basic health & safety of your coworkers, why would anyone want you in their high-status workplace?
@JeffTheJoker@mushroom_soup a firing offense??? we're pretty close to there...I've seen a manager lose his rights to fire someone because giving someone a bad performance review was viewed as retaliation for them not doing their job...
@Frondeur@mushroom_soup@JeffTheJoker where the fuck is everyone finding jobs like this? Ive been in work force for 20 years and all I know is sweatshop tier bullshit. I send out dozens of job apps a week and they wont even let me interview. I guess the high paying jobs are gatekept by retards who get a diploma from a good school for protesting and doing drugs and they only hire other members of their scam
@mushroom_soup >Quiet quitters continue to fulfill their primary responsibilities, but they’re less willing to engage in activities known as citizenship behaviors: no more staying late, showing up early, or attending non-mandatory meetings.
>As such, it’s hardly surprising that many leaders have reacted quite negatively to the quiet quitting trend. Indeed, many leaders we’ve spoken with have argued that losing employees who want to leave is difficult, but having them not quit is even worse, as their unwillingness to go the extra mile often increases the burden on their colleagues to take on extra work instead.
🙄 So....how soon until this in itself, (daring to make poc employees actually do their jobs instead of picking up their slack), is made a "firing offense?" Because it will be, if it can be gotten away with.
