      @s2208 I like specific songs from them but as someone born way after their time, I find them as a group horrifically overrated. I don't see how they brought anything particularly "new" to the table that wasn't being pushed elsewhere.

      Penny Lane is a fun song though. Very British, very White.

      c'mon the beatles were good, i never listen to them anymore but they have real good stuff, tho yea a lot sounds generic (we think of it that way simply bc they started a lot of stuff that came afterwards, tbf)
